7.1. Call for posters
Poster proposals on any of the themes identified by the conference macro-sessions are welcome (https://aisuinternational.org/genova-2027-macrosessioni/The posters will form an integral part of the congress’s scientific program and will be presented and discussed during a dedicated session. Authors are therefore required to be present for the entire duration of the session in order to explain their work and engage with participants.
• A poster presentation is an alternative to presenting a paper or giving a talk within a session, round table, or other congress activity.
• Acceptance of a poster allows for the publication of the abstract and, subsequently, the full paper—subject to peer review—in the volumes to be published following the congress (Insights Proceedings and Insights series).
Poster preparation guidelines
• Posters must be printed in standard A0 format (841 × 1189 mm) on paper (plastic or rigid supports are not permitted). Posters must be legible from a distance of at least 1–2 metres; appropriate font sizes and formats for text, graphics, and images are therefore recommended (titles: approx. 3 cm / 120 pt; body text: approx. 1 cm / 40 pt).
• Each poster must include, at the top, the title of the research, the authors’ names, and their institutional affiliations. Clear and effective layout and graphic design are strongly recommended. For general guidance, numerous resources are available online.
• Handouts, flyers, or other materials may be provided to explain or promote the content of the poster.
• Posters and any additional materials must be brought to the conference venue by the authors, who are responsible for their installation and removal. Installation is possible from 8:00 a.m. on 7 September 2027; mounting materials (pins and adhesive tape) will be provided by the organizing committee.
